What is the thickness of covered glass?

Usually 3 mm tempered glass is used as the covered glass. It has both dust proof and explosion proof. If you need other dimension of thickness, please contact us for customization.
Can we keep product design but use it as non-touch monitor?

Yes, we supply both 10-PCAP Touch and no Touch products for customers. The product design is same.
Can we have high-brightness touch monitor? Probally we need to add AG coating as well.

Yes, we can. High-brightness touch monitor usually is used in semi-outdoor or outdoor application. We need understand the detail environment first before we can recommend the best fitted products to you. If you like, we can add AF/AG/AR coating on the panel as same time.
Can touch monitor support portrait display under Ubuntu OS?

All wide-aspect ratio products can support both landscape and portrait display under Android, Windows and Linux Ubuntu OS, Android and Windows OS with free drivers. Please contact us to request firmware if you need use portrait display under the Linux OS.
Can we customize internal computer spec for the Touch AIO product?

Yes, you just tell us the detail computer requirements. According to what you need, we will provide serveral options for you.
